Project Task: Content Development, Conference Marketing Material Development, Partnering with Video Development company Zero Gravity to develop videos for the Meck Design 2023 conference.
Project Timeline: February 2023 - Present
Problem/Solution: The Mecklenburg County Health Department contacted Team EMILY for a variety of graphic content for their Meck Design 2023 conference. We developed fact sheets for conference attendees, agendas, and signage. We partnered with Zero Gravity Video to produce and develop a video to be presented at the conference. B-roll was obtained for future use at the 2024 conference and in social media efforts. We also created the video to promote the 2024 conference from the content captured at the previous conference including b-roll and interviews. We also created sizzle reel short videos to provide marketing material to support the Meck Design Conference in the feature.
